1. Delivery

All items are shipped from the Netherlands. WrapMyNails offers free delivery to all addresses within the Netherlands. Orders made before 5pm will be sent to the courier within the same day, and orders after 5pm will be sent to the courier the next day morning. It takes about 1 to 2 days for the items to be delivered after orders are placed, if all information are provided correctly and no unexpected problems are faced by the carrier.

WrapMyNails also ships to countries within the EU and to United Kingdom. The shipping cost is as follows:

Delivery of the purchased items on our website are delivered via the postal services and their partners with the Netherlands.

To avoid any problems with the delivery (due to incorrect addresses, having no one present at the delivery address, etc.) you have to fill in the address correctly and include a contact number on the form.

Once the order has been transferred to the carrier, WrapMyNails will send an email to the customer with a track and trace code with which the shipment can be tracked until receipt of orders.


1.1 Delivery conditions

WrapMyNails will do its utmost to deliver the order to the delivery address within the expected delivery period. The customer is responsible for the correct entry of the delivery address. In case something goes wrong with the shipment order due to an error in the delivery address (which can be attributed to the customer), WrapMyNails cannot be held liable for the (partial) loss of the shipment. In the event that WrapMyNails needs additional information regarding the delivery address, the customer may be approached by us to provide additional information. A delay can occur in the delivery if this is the case.


1.2 Damaged, incomplete or wrong product(s)

In the event that the product delivered to the customer is damaged, incomplete or wrong, the customer must inform WrapMyNails by email as soon as possible (within 24 hours of receipt of the order) at A customer who returns a product without first contacting us or while waiting for return instructions from us, is not entitled to any compensation for the costs incurred by him/her.


1.3 Missing items

In the event that a product is missing or lost from the order sent by WrapMyNails to the customer, or in the event that the customer claims that he/she has placed the order but did not receive them (despite information such as the track and trace data and/or information from the carrier indicate otherwise), the complaints procedure of the parcel carrier will be started and any refund or re-sending of items will be processed after the outcome of the investigation is completed. The buyer is obliged to provide full transparency and cooperation to the carrier during the investigation. In the event that a shipment is found to be lost due to a career error (and after the carrier’s investigation has been completed), WrapMyNails will compensate the customer in the form of a refund to the customer or attempt to recover and resend the ordered products.

In the event that a shipment is not delivered to the specified delivery address (or pick-up point) of the customer after 14 days, the customer has the obligation to inform WrapMyNails of this by email to within 14 days.


2. Returns

Every purchase via can be returned up to 14 days after receipt of the order, without giving any reason.

For any returns, the customer has to send a return request by email at or via the contact form. In the event that a product is damaged, wrong or incomplete, the customer will have to provide more information in the email to us. We will provide you with the return address afterwards and you can proceed to send your items back.

Once we have received the returned items, the customer will receive a email on the confirmation of receipt of his/her returned products and we will start processing the refund. Once the refund is completed, the customer will receive another email to confirm the refund is successful. You can contact us at if you have any issues with your return and refund.

The right to return the product applies only in the event that the product and original packaging are unopened and these items are returned in the same condition as they were received by the customer.

The customer is responsible for the return of his/her order and bears all risks associated with the return. WrapMyNails recommends customers to return a product by insured shipping and in closed packaging. In the event that an insured return shipment goes missing or is damaged during the return shipment, the customer then has the option to hold the carrier liable. WrapMyNails is not responsible for incorrectly stamped or lost returns.
